Resident Courtesy Information
Dear Residents,
We hope you are doing well, and we appreciate your continued cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable community. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing quality service, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of being courteous and respectful to our maintenance technicians.
- Professional Conduct Toward Maintenance Staff
Please refrain from using any profane or disrespectful language toward maintenance personnel. Our technicians are here to assist you, and they always deserve a safe and professional working environment. - Permission to Enter Your Apartment
When you submit a work order, you are giving maintenance permission to enter your apartment to complete the requested repairs. If you prefer that maintenance not enter at a particular time, simply inform the call center so we can make the necessary arrangements. - Interactions by Family Members or Visitors
Please ensure that your family members, who are not on the lease, and visitors also treat maintenance staff respectfully. Any hostile or inappropriate behavior directed toward a maintenance technician will result in a lease violation. Additionally, individuals who engage in such conduct may be banned from the property for the safety and well-being of our staff. - New Resident Service Follow-Up Program
Beginning in March, we will introduce a new service to improve the repair process. A Resident Service Coordinator will begin by calling, emailing, or texting residents to confirm that work orders were completed properly and that you are satisfied with the service provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our maintenance team works hard to keep your home safe, comfortable, and in good condition. Your respect helps them do their job effectively. If you have any questions, please contact the office for assistance.
Thank You.
