The new application process is online only. No paper applications will be distributed. The link provided below will allow you to complete the application. You will also be able to check your wait list status through the link at any time. Once the application is complete, you will still be required to submit COPIES of necessary documents at the main office before your application can be processed.
Birth certificates (for everyone in the household)
Social security cards (for everyone in the household)
Valid Driver's license or I.D. (for each adult in the household)
Source of income: e.g. (Check stubs, Award letter, TANF, Child support and etc.)
To complete an application, you will have to create an account and will need an active email address to do so. Please take note of all login information to keep for your records. Once you have completed the application, please submit COPIES of the above-mentioned documents to the main office. Place them into an envelope labeled with the name of the applicant and drop the envelope into the drop box. Please allow 7-14 business days for applications to be processed.
